.........and thusly the non-weight bearing muscles give you the tenderloin, which gives you a fillet mignon, which gives you immense satisfaction when paired with a cabernet, as you blow away your company's profits - surely earned by hard-working engineers :)

@ R.S...I am still a "lowly engineer", its just that I happen to sit in a sales office and get occassional free dinners and golf outings...
Your observation on the well rested muscles being the most delicious is true...its unbelievable how expensive these can get...in one restaurant they were selling a 10 oz Kobe Beef steak for $330!!!
